CCP Racing is a grass roots karting series with the aim of inspiring drivers of all ages to come and get involved in motorsport.

Founded in 2016, the Championship goes across the country visiting a range of tracks from the season opener at the largest indoor track in the UK, Capital Karts in London to the legendary Buckmore Park in Kent where such drivers as Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button honed their skills on the ladder up to becoming World Champions.

The inaugural season went down the wire at the last race at Sandown Park in Surrey with Nathan Ridgwell coming back from two early spins to secure the 2nd place he needed to secure the Championship against Austin Chapman-Dainty who won the race.

In 2017 alongside the normal races, the top 5 drivers from the 2016 Championship teamed up to compete against 1996 World Champion Damon Hill OBE at the “Damon Hill Karting Challenge” at Sandown Park in aid of charity the halow project on 21st June 2017 and finished a respectable 5th out of 26 teams having had an early lead.
